Hello, I hope you can help me with a problem, my wife and I have been disgussing which grammer is correct in a certain sentence.

Hers: Who does that uniform BELONGS to?

Mine: Who does that uniform BELONG to

It doesn't belong to him.

When you use the auxilliary verb do/does/did etc., the main verb appears in the base form.

Also "It should/could belong to him."
