First, you should immediately correct your title to "Grammar" in lieu of "Grammer", which isn't correct at all.

And to your question, your example is almost fine, but you forgot writing "is" before "being processed".

Thus, there is no actual meaning to your example without it.

And to Clibe, I assume he meant to say animal feed, such as compund feed, etc.
