No, it is not correct.

Do you mean January?

Unless you have the ability to predict the future, you might consider writing "a new agreement should be made by January of next year" or, as Avangi so correctly suggests, "a new agreement will go into effect in January of next year".

Is this correct? My point is new agreement will be made in january of next year even thought current agreement expires in june of next year.it will be terminated in december this year .
