Have/Has has to do with the subject (I, you, they, he, she):

I have many friends. You have many friends. They have many friends. John and Betty have many friends.

He has many friends. She has many friends. John has many friends. Sheila has many friends.

Had is past tense:
I had fun last night. I had a sandwich for lunch.

Have/Has is present:
I have a sandwich for lunch. She has a sandwich for lunch.

Have been:
I have been late to class often. You have been busy. They...

Has been:
She has been swimming. He....

Should:
I should sleep more. You should get Mom a birthday present.
(It's the same for all- he, she, they, you....)

Would:
I would like a drink. She would prefer to go outside.

(It's the same for all- he, she, they, you....)
