Hi, my name is ROCKY, and i want to know that following sentance is correct or not.
" i have completed my education in 2004." Can we use " I had completed...."

Thank you for your reply. In prev sentence, if I dont use date ( I have completed my education. ) then is it ok and plz tell me use of " I had completed..." and " I have completed..."
