Is th there any grammer mistakes in the following paragragh
It is known that the new Dean, Dr.John shall be calling all the researchers at for an informal interaction, quite soon. A notification on this from the Dean's office can be expected in the coming week. It shall be a very informal meeting aimed merely at building a good rapport. The scholars can raise all issues of concern to them during the meeting for discussions. Another news obtained from the Administration Block is that the Institute has decided to implement the Goverment Order regarding the improved fellowship scheme with effect from 01-04-2008 and not from 01-04-2007 as stipulated by the Government. Nevertheless, it is welcome that a decision has finally come on the issue.
