It is a communal issue, therefore it is our responsibility to ensure that this problem is fixed. We don't know what is causing the noise, this is why Vertex are arranging for a pump specialist to attend site to investigate the pumps hopefully they will find out the problem. I don’t think it will take a long time because Vertex have checked the strainers and confirmed that they are clear, which were the problem the last time.
Furthermore, I don't think the Residents Association will incur any costs for the time that will be spent to investigate the source of the problem.
