Grammatically correct? This just DOES not sound right to me
"There is not much I care about that does not entertain me"
While I am a native English speaker who is used to awkward phrasing (kind of embarrased to be posting something like this), I am deeply confused by this sentence. If it's properly written, I'd be surprised. Never has a sentence made me struggle this much to determine if it's good english or bad.
Can someone help me out here, and tell me what's wrong (or not wrong) with it?

If it were "There's not much that I like to eat that is not fattening," would that be better?
If it were "There's not much that I like to eat that is not fattening," would that be better?
