Grammatically correct sentences

Hi
I am having a problem with this question.

The home of Jeff Simms is next to the shop of the three sisters. Which one of the following sentences express this idea grammatically?

A) Jeff Simm's house is next-door to those lady's shop.
b) Jeff Simms' house is next-door to those ladies shop.
c) Jeff Simms's house is next-door to those ladies' shop.
d) Jeff Simms' house is next-door to those ladys' shop.

I came up with the answer B. Please help.
