Grammatically correct sentence?

Hi!

In a job evaluation, it the following grammatically correct to write?

In time, it was increasingly easy to put faith in his problem-solving under autonomy.

Or should it be "over time"? Or "increasingly easier"? Is under automony correct?

Thanks a lot!
