Grammatically correct form

Hi English-experts.

What is grammatically correct, resp. what sounds terrible?

1.) Don't you have anybody who can help you with an application in German?

2.) Dont you have anybody to help you with an application in German?

3.) Don't you have anybody helping you with an application in German?

Thank you!

Those sentences are all correct English (apart from the typo where you wrote "Dont" instead of "Don't"), though "an" seems a little unexpected in (3). (1) and (2) mean approximately the same. (3) is different: it is asking about what is happening now, rather than what might happen in the future.
