Grammatically correct?

I saw this text on the web:

Can i buy 100 pieces for the shipping cost of $25? so i can reduce the shipping cost per unit.

Context: a guy is buying 90 pieces but then he ask to the seller if he can buy 100 pieces for the same shipping cost of the 90 pcs.

Sounds right?

Thanks
