Grammatically correct?

I really don't want to move to Europe, especially not after having met you, but I have to go as there are people who're counting on me.

Is this grammatically correct?

I really don't want to move to Europe, especially not after having met you, but I have to go as there are people who are counting on me. I don't think I have ever seen who're , and I am 99% sure it is not an acceptable contraction. Otherwise the sentence is fine.
