Is the sentence "Pay back my money!" grammatically correct? Does it sound good to an English speaker?

It's not natural. Use these:

Give me my money!
Give me my money back!

Since I need that the sentence ends with the word "money", should I use "Give me my money!", "Repay me my money!", or simply "Repay my money!".

"Pay" means that you are buying something. Why does the sentence have to end with "money"?

I want my money.
Give me my money.
Return my money.
