What do you think of the grammatical structure of the following sentences?
Harry from Edgewater has reported that he received complaints from the 16th floor to say they have low water pressure from their showers. He asked me if we had completed works in the basement recently. I said to him that we replaced the expansion vessel for the pumps due to the pipe noise in the building. I told him that the contractors found out that the surge arrestor on the 17th plant room is faulty, so they have turned it off for safety reasons. But we will replace it very soon. I also told me that the contractors spoke with the residents and asked them if their water pressure was okay. The residents replied everything was okay.
Harry said that he has raised this with Redrow and that Redrow will liaise with us very soon to investigate this, because their contractor has expired.
