Hi! Number 1 is correct isn't it? For numbers 2, 3 and 4 do I need to include (it) to make it grammatical or can I leave it out? Thanks, Fulvio

1. All I know about this country is its people speak Spanish.

2. All that I know about this animal is that it is from Australia and (it) eats Eucalyptus leaves.

3. All that I know about this food is that it is Mexican and (it) is very spicy.
