Grammatical Problem

I have this situation and I dont know how can I tell that!! Emotion: sad
I have implimented a software system and named it "Ariaz", I did some steps to register it, but it is not registered yet.
is it make sence to say:

My system is going to be registered as "Name"

I am registering my system as "Name"

if they are not correct how can say it!!

Yes it has a relation to patent, the reason of registering this system is get a patent for this system.

1- If "I say I am registering it", it doesnt mean that I am currently doing it and hence I am not doing anything else? like I am wirting to you now?!!

2- " is going to be registered" does not mean that i did nothing and i want to begin to register it
