Hello,

Can a sentence contain two different persons, as in I (first person) and you (second person)?

Thank you

I suppose a clearer way of stating that would be, "Is a sentence itself in a specific person, or is it the individual nouns in the sentence that take on a person?"

Any new person (subject) in a sentence can be introduced. I like your hat although she has doubts, while my father is in favour, however, you can think whatever you like. OK?
