Grammatical mistakes?

The American official responsible announced to start a war with China. The Prince Harry Heires, the new ambassador of America considered that his country should prepare its weapons to start the war with China telling that China is preparing to strengthen its military capabilities as well.According to the British newspaper "Gardian" Harry Heires who is the commander of US military in the Pacific, warned that Beijing's intentions are to dominate the South China Sea region. "Very Obvious" and that in the near future, the Chinese army will compete with the US military in almost all aspects.Be concerned, according to the admiral, China is building seven military facilities on disputed islands in South China Sea. Harry Heires emphasized that effort must be made to avoid war, but that doesnot dispense with the need of prepareing to it. The admiral said in a speech in the military affairs committee of the US House of representatives, the US ignores the "Obvious Facts" and the dngers of "Beiling's military expansion" in the region, condemning what he described China's operations to exert influence abroad, its harmful economic behavior and the coercion against neighboring countries."

The Chinese ambassador in Washington Tsui Tian Kai Al khames warned that the continuation of attacks on his country may entail consequences.
