grammatical mistakes

Hi there members of the Forum!

Would you please check the following sentences for any grammatical mistakes?

- What are the things that make you angry?
~ There are certain things which I hate and which make me angry as well. I hate it when...
Someone back - bites another person
Someone stabs in the back of another person.
Someone whom you trust a lot cheats you.

Also, what would you say, "on face" or "to face"? For e.g. "I like people who say the truth ('on face'? or 'to face'?)".

So far, I've heard "to face". For e.g. "I am not afraid of her and I can say this to her face".

Thank you
