grammatical mistake

Hi everyone .
I will be grateful if you check whether there is any grammatical mistake or not ?I am not sure about the last sentence ..

To increase company revenue managers need to have a direct control on their employees to assure every single duty is being under accomplishment

It's not right. I'm not 100% certain what you mean, but perhaps it is something like "... to ensure that all duties are carried out satisfactorily".

The sentence would benefit much from a comma after "revenue". Otherwise one tends to read "company revenue managers" as a phrase. It also should be "have direct control of/over", not "have a direct control on".
