Grammatical judgement

Hi, I am working on my graduation thesis and I have a question about wh-questions in English.

I know that "Who gave what to whom?" and "What did who give to whom?" are fine, but I am not sure if

"To whom did who give what?" is also fine.

I feel this weird.

Please tell me if this is ok or not. Thanks!

Misaki YamadaI feel this weird.

Me too. It would only be heard in the context of a joke, such as "Who's on first?"
