ANSWER IS LEAVE.

But , Please tell me Grammatical Reason or rules about why can't i use Will leave.

We do not use "will" after various time expressions such as "when", "until", "after", "as soon as", etc., even if the action is in the future. This is not predictable from grammatical rules; it is something that you just have to learn.

We can start when John is available to help us move. (Not when John will be available.)

Exception: when 'will' is in an indirect question
