grammatical errors

Hi there teachers,

Could you please look at the following conversation and tell me if it needs any grammatical correction?

A: I noticed something different in your appearance / personality today. Can you guess what that might be?

B: Oh! really? what was different in my appearance today that you noticed? (is the placement of today appropriate here, please? Or should I place it at the end of the sentence?)

A: I know you know yourself better than I do, but it's today only (or should it be "only today"?)that I noticed that difference. Actually, I was pointing to your hair. The way you had parted your hair ('today'?) was nice. You were looking damn good in that hair-style.

Are these sentences grammatical and natural, please?
- Whether I miss you or not doesn't affect you/doesn't make any difference to you at all.

- Why are you behaving (or is 'acting' better here?)as if you don't know anything.

Thank you all.

Thank you very much, Mr Micawber, for providing me with the improved versions of the sentences (in the conversation).
But the question of whether those sentences are grammatical or not still remains a question for me.

You should forget them; they are not appropriate to the context.
