As you told, I'm ready to work even as an associate or to start a company for consultacy and engineering services, if you provide support to set up an office and other basic requirements in India. I think I can take it as a challenge and hope that it will be successful, since I worked for a long term in Indian and gulf environment with my wide and international  knowledge and experience in construction field, mainly Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals, Power sectors and I have more than 27 years of experience, in which more than 12 years exclusively for project estmation & proposals. I have many well-qualified and experienced engineers, who would also like to move, as they want to work with me always.      Although I'm working in the gulf and getting offers from many western companies, I'm not in a position to continue here as my family is in native place and my mother is bedridden. Levels of politeness depend a great deal on the culture to which the person you are writing to belongs. Since I don't know that, I will just edit as if it were in Canadian culture. It may be less polite than suits you.
