Grammatical errors

Below is the body of my final course essay.

To distinguish two kinds of writings Wiki and discussion board versus Cyworld and blogs, we need to consider two main factors; authenticity and spontaneity. Authenticity of the texts means that how the text reflects the real world. We can say 'the text is authentic' when we are able to use the contents in the text in our daily life. Nevertheless, making authentic textbook is difficult. Give students tasks using e-mail, personal homepage and blog to complement our traditional English education. Spontaneity of the learners is related to the motivation of them which enables them not being passive recipients but being active learners. Being active in learning means its knowledge come from the students themselves not from the teacher or anybody else. Not being disturbed by others is the one of the best ways to learn language.


All in all, writing on the Wiki and discussion board boosts students' motivations and interests while the four different English skills are not improved equally. Even though, Krashen emphasized that the correction should be minimalized when it comes to acquisition of language, grammatical errors should be corrected not to make another mistake at a later date.


Throughout this CLT course, I was able to figure out what are my problems in writing. I also got to know that learning by several different media is better than learning through textbook. It was a helpful course for me.
