What does it mean, Sir?

To run over somebody or something means to hit them and drive over them.
The phrase "like that" at the end of the sentence makes me wonder if there is an acceptable way of running over somebody

I believe its a correct sentence but my teacher told me its incorrect. According to her explanation run over-to raise, to go through.
