Grammatical correctness?

I assure you that it is quite painless; this website and many others will look much better; and web designers everywhere will thank you.
The above sentece, is it gramatically correct? I am using a coordinating conjunction after a semicolon, and I have no commas in the list. Would it be better to use commas? Is there a better way to write this sentence?

I assure you that it is quite painless; this website and many others will look much better and web designers everywhere will thank you. Use a semicolon to join two main clauses where there is no conjunction. Do not use a semicolon before coordinating conjunctions.
