grammatical correct

If I have to keep my paragraphs in the same verb tense is this correct then?

I am an excellent communicator and listener. For the past five years, I have been persuading many customers to buy certain products and I have been listening to many customers about any issues they had with the products. Overall, I have been exceeding my sales goal.
