What is grammatical aspect of I've had it for six hours? Does it have both the progressive aspect and perfective one?

No. Perfect progressive would be "I've been having it".

Progressive aspect requires a form of be and a verb form in -ing (present participle).

Perfect aspect requires a form of have and a verb form in -en (past participle). (Other endings, including -ed, can count as "-en" endings.)
