(Are/is/an/was)+verb+ed2. He is young, I'm fine what tense and voice 3. Need advice, let me rearrange the above questions

1. Auxiliary + verb ED is passive voice but verb + noun is active voice (in simple present)

Is that right, if yes please explain?

2. Use of get need advice

When to use get in active voice and passive voice

In passive be/is =get in some cases like work got done

Food is getting cooked etc

In active - i have got a phone; or i get scared, I got the work done etc

So where exactly to use get in 1. Active(apart from possession) 2 passive (as it soundwrong in many passive voices to switch get and be/is not sure why) eg. I'm getting better (passive), I will get this done

Please clear all the above doughts In detail as these were asked in exam

3. Have had vs have vs had(when to use what)

I have had or have working experience

I have had worked is wrong, right?

4. Can we use been as past participle as we often use being as present participle if yes please give an example
