Grammatical?

She thought while drinking her tea that if just looking at writing and sketches is this much fun, how much fun will it be to write and sketch? With this, determined that she would learn reading, writing and sketching as soon as possible. She had already made the ways to her learning.

I find the underlined phrase a bit odd. Is there any grammatical error in that phrase?
