Grammar

grammatical?

I saw the sentence below and wondered if it is grammatical.

"This is What Happy Looks Like - Goodreads
www.goodreads.com/.../15790873-this-is-what-happ"

Q) Can "happy" come just like that? Shouldn't it be like this?
This is what happiness looks like.

Q2) Also, I heard one line from "Simpson The Moive," saying "That's what sung is."
I'm not sure if the original script is like that. But anyway that sounds okay and correct grammatically?

The title (This is What Happy Looks Like) is slang. " I believe you could also read the expression as shorthand: "This is what (a person who is) happy looks like. The Simpson quotation, if correct, is not good grammar.

Along with Dr D's comment, you can also say " this is what BEING happy looks like".

At http://www.englishdaily626.com/movie_lines.php?317 the line is actually "So that's what snug is". "snug" / "sung" looks more like a typing error somewhere than a mishearing
