Could anyone tell which one of these sentences are grammatically correct

1. I wouldn't say she is thin. or

I wouldn't say she was thin

2. I wouldn't say you won't be able to paint the wall.

3. Larry wouldn't say they are the best team around. or

Larry wouldn't say they were the best team around.
