Grammar workbooks

I was wondering if anybody can help me... I want to teach grammar
without teaching the rules and elucidating them through interesting
examples. Can I find a site to help me? I want the examples to be in
the form of jokes, anecdotes or short stories.

You could try L.A. Hill's Stories for Reproduction.
There are 2 books in each of four levels; Introductory, Elementary, Intermediate (more like lower inter.) and Advanced (more like upper inter.).
Each humourous story is accompanied by questions and exercises.

They are published by Oxford University Press.
