Grammar: Which is correct?

Hi

Would appreciate some advice:
Which is correct?

"We thank you for your past support & look forward to your continuing patronage at our new location."

or

"We thank you for your past support & look forward to your continued patronage at our new location."

I have seen some business letters using both "continuing patronage " & "continued patronage ".
Though most use "continued patronage ".

Thank you
