Grammar term: progressives?

Progressives, however, denote specific situations that occur
during a restricted period. This prevents middle construction from being used in
progressive and makes 2c) ungrammatical when it is transformed into progressive.

I'm not sure if it is OK to say progressive(s) when referring to the grammar term.

Yes, that seems OK to me. Also, remember that it is called 'progressive aspect', which you could use in the last occurrence in your statement, for instance.
