Please can you help me on grammar corrections?

-->If the bottle is fewer than 100cl, you can put it in your carry on.
-->Is your luggage lighter than 40 pounds.
-->Can I pass in front of you on line?
-->I would never put someone else's life in danger.
-->Where is the airport security worse? The airport security is worse in USA.

That sounds very unnatural to me. I'd say, "If the bottle contains/holds less than 100 cl".

I've posted elsewhere recently that (at least in the US) "the bottle holds" and "the bottle contains" are not necessarily synonymous. That is, an empty bottle can hold less than 100 cl, but may contain only 50 on another occasion.

In some contexts, they're synonymous. He handed me a bottle holding/containing ten

Fine. That still doesn't make "If the bottle is fewer than 100cl, you can put it in your carry on" acceptable.
