Grammar sentence analysis - help

Hi! all

I am having some trouble in dissecting the following sentence into its constituent parts. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

-- The sentence is -- All the action as it happens from Man Utd's friendly against Barcelona in Philadelphia, with the Red Devils up against the man they tried to sign, Ronaldinho.

--

I understand that Ronaldinho stands for "the man", while they is a proxy for Red Devils; Now my question is in this complex sentence, what is the independent clause, the subject, the adverbial phrase/ complement etc. I am looking for analysis of both the function and form of the sentence.

Thank you.
