Grammar rule for apostrophe

I belong to an art group that has the name, "Artists Portal."
Can you tell me if this is grammatically correct, or would it need to be "Artist's Portal" or "Artists' Portal"???

The generic form is "Artist's Portal"— a portal useful for the (generic) artist. There is no real rule for this. You see every variation.
