3. I pay three hundred NT dollars for food material and ingredients.] This is grammatically ok, but a little odd. These are the odd parts: a) use of present tense – it suggests a habitual action; b) 'food material': did you want to check this phrase?

4. I choose preparing food over eating outside. ] Again, grammatically ok; the context would have to be e.g.: 'some people must cook; some people must eat outside; I choose to cook'. Is that what you meant?

I couldn’t judge how fresh the food is if I eat at food stands.] either a) I can't judge how fresh the food is if I eat at food stands; or b) I couldn't judge how fresh the food was, when I ate/used to eat at food stands.

5. No one has the ability to distinguish fresh pork from stale pork in cooked food.] Fine. Perhaps: '...fresh from stale pork...'
