Grammar question regarding a tattoo.

My grandmother recently passed away, and the song All My Love by Led Zeppelin was played at her funeral. I have been wanting to get a tattoo with both my grandparents' names.
Is

"All my love, Garvin & Dianna"

grammatically correct? My mother thinks it sounds like they are the ones saying "All my love"

Thank you in advance.
