Grammar question - Raider shirt or Raiders Shirt?

Hi, I've seen people used these two a lot and unsure which one is correct:

a) I have a Raider shirt. I am a Raider fan.

b) I have a Raiders shirt. I am a Raiders fan.

Informally you can use either form, but technically the name of the team is the Raiders, so to be absolutely correct you have a Raiders shirt and you are a Raiders fan. CJ
