I've got a question regarding a proper response to the following questions:

1) Is this sentence incorrect?

No, it isn't.
Yes, it is.

2) This sentence is incorrect, isn't it?

No, it isn't ---> which means it's actually correct
Yes, it is.

3) Isn't this sentence incorrect?

How to say that it's actually correct?
How to say it's incorrect indeed?
