Grammar question no. 46 - some time ago

Dear Users,

Is some time ago used with the past simple or present perfect tense? Which of these two sentences are correct?

I have already posted my questions here some time ago.

I suppose already is usually used with present perfect, isn't it?

Thanks

` 'Already' is used with both of those tenses, but 'some time ago' prefers the past simple.
