Grammar question no. 38 - having signed

Hi there,


A sentence taken from a conversation:


...but what do you think about leaving a company after having signed the contract?



I don't know it having signed is correct here but that's just one thing. What's the difference between:


1. after signing the contract

2. having signed the contract

3. after having signed the contract
