[grammar question] getting each other('s) jobs

Dear All,

Does the following sentence make sense?

The Greek community here is very supportive to Greeks. They always help get each other's jobs.

- Does it imply that they take jobs from each other?
- Shold it be re-written as: They always help each other get jobs.
