Grammar question: Can I use present perfect in this situation?

Dear Users,

Could you please tell me if the way I used present perfect in the underlined sentences is correct?

I've always had this certificate in Greece, in every school I've worked for. Right now I'm waiting for a new one, and I should receive it this Friday. At least that's what the HR has told me.

Thanks

Thank you CB.

Aside from tenses, is there anything here you'd see as incorrect?

No, not really. The first sentence is rather informal in style, though, as you seem to have added what follows the comma as an afterthought.
