Grammar question: Adjective Phrase parts

Ok grammar people. We saw a band named Black Heart Saints. So "Black" is an adj. Saints is a noun. "Black Heart" is adj phrase (not sure if that's the correct term).

So what does that make "Heart"? Is there a name for that?

Heart is a noun.

Only 'Black' is an adjective, and an adjective phrase as well.
