Which is correct sentence?

Note also that every English sentence must start with a capital letter and end with correct punctuation (usually a period).

"My exam will next week" is ungrammatical. "My exam will be on next week" is incorrect in the way that you probably intend it (it is possible if "on" is interpreted as adjectival, describing the state of the exam, rather than as part of a phrase "on next week"). Use one of these:

My exam will be next week.
My exam is next week.
